The Senior Director of Faith Community Initiatives (FCI) & Annual Giving develops and implements a comprehensive strategic plan for building and enhancing FCI and Annual Giving. Solicits financial support through proposals or face-to-face visits with corporations, foundations, and organizations and other faith-based entities. Responsible to communicate the impact and opportunities that exist for involvement in KAI's work around the world.

This is an unpaid Internship that will earn college credit. Program specific. A Human Resources intern is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They assist HR professionals with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing, and provide administrative support to all employees.

Kids Alive missionaries teach, build, coordinate child sponsorships, and work in community outreach to build healthy relationships. Missionaries are expected to learn the local language of the ministries in which they are serving to some extent - each ministry has different requirements.

The Registered Nurse is responsible to provide high-quality nursing care for Kids Alive children and staff at the Oasis Home site in Guatemala. They do so in a compassionate, humble manner and ultimately reflects the love of Jesus. They create a nurturing environment while following local and international health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently to promote each child’s well-being. All the young girls at Oasis Home are victims of sexual violence and typically come from difficult situations, sometimes with poor nutrition and ongoing health concerns.

Missionaries are a part of Kids Alive in two ways: they can fulfill a work role, but they are also part of the Kids Alive Christian community of faith. Kids Alive missionaries work on behalf of vulnerable children in our various programs, depending on the missionary's skill set and Kids Alive's needs. Provide administrative and organizational support to the Annual Giving Manager and all members of the Monthly & Annual Giving Team. Engage with donors and international staff in responsibilities of administration, organization, preparation of materials, and maintaining databases.

As a Part-Time member of the Accounting Team, the Accounts Payable & Donation Processing Assistant runs the Accounts Payable processes, and also serves as a backup for the Donation Processing function.
